You may be going through a difficult time and feel that you have nobody to talk to. It’s important to know that someone is waiting to listen and help.

Our service is confidential, and we do not record your details, except when you leave a message asking us to return your call. The Helpline is available to anyone aged 18 and over and living in Stoke-on-Trent or Staffordshire. We are open every day of the year, 24-hours a day.
What will we do?
- We will listen to your worries and concern.
- We will support you when you need it the most.
- We will inform you about the services that may help.
- And we will help you to plan your next steps.
We are not here to judge you
Need Extra Support?
Our Ring-Out Service can call you over the weekend to offer extra support when other services are closed. This service requires a referral from your GP or another person that is involved in your care plan. We also offer a short-term Support Call Service, where we can call you during the week, for up to 2 weeks, anyone from any service can refer you.
These free services can be useful if you are feeling particularly stressed or too unwell to make the call to us.
